We had a new mini split system installed in 2023 that failed within 4 months and had difficulty getting the problems recognized by the installing contractor. After working with multiple HVAC companies and Mitsubishi, we were referred to Climate Care HVAC Services who effectively assessed the problem in 1 day, provided a very reasonable proposal to fix the problems and restore proper function to the unit. Their staff is effective, professional and personable. No one spoke in terms we couldn't understand. Communications regarding parts and scheduling were consistent, timely and effective. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, this company was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. The install crew was respectful of my home, kept everything clean, and didn't cut any corners. What really stood out was that they took the time to explain everything — how the system works, how to use the Ecobee, the sensors, all of it. I never felt rushed or left with unanswered questions.
